摘要
随着医学的不断进步,针对骨转移瘤相关信号通路的研究逐渐深入,骨转移瘤的治疗手段也日渐多样化。本文就骨转移瘤的发病机制、涉及的信号通路及治疗方法作一综述。
With the continuous improvement in medical sciences,in-depth studies have been performed on bone metastasis-related signaling pathways,and the treatment methods for bone metastases have become increasingly diversified.This article reviews the pathogenesis,related signaling pathways,and therapies for bone metastases.
