摘要
以水性丙烯酸防腐涂料为研究对象,采用拉开法考察了基材表面处理方法、胶黏剂种类、成膜温度与时间等因素对其涂膜附着力的影响。测试了单层和多层不同厚度涂膜分别在室温以及40、60和80°C烘烤条件下成膜1、3、7、14、21、28和35 d时的附着力,分析了多层不同厚度涂膜的拉拔断面位置。结果表明,该涂膜附着力的形成具有成膜时间依赖性,并与成膜条件和涂膜厚度有关,常温和40°C干燥有助于成膜初期形成稳定的附着力,而成膜35 d后不同厚度涂膜的附着力稳定,拉拔断面逐渐向涂膜表面迁移。
The effects of surface treatment method of substrate, type of adhesive, as well as film forming temperature and time on the adhesion of the waterborne anticorrosive acrylic coatings were studied by pull-off test. The adhesion of single and multi-layer coatings with different thicknesses was tested after being dried at room temperature or baked at 40, 60, and 80 ℃ respectively for 1, 3, 7, 14, 21, 28, and 35 days. The fracture locations of the multi-layer coatings with different thicknesses were analyzed. The results showed that the adhesion strengths of the coatings were time-dependent and related to their thickness and film-forming conditions. Drying at room temperature and baking at 40 ℃ were beneficial to the stability of adhesion at the early stage of film formation. The optimal adhesion strengths of the coatings with different thicknesses were formed after at least 35 days, and the pull-off failure fractures of the coatings were gradually migrated to their surfaces.
