河北木蓝种子萌发特性研究

摘要 探索河北木蓝种子萌发特性,可为其引种驯化和栽培应用提供理论依据。以河北木蓝种子为研究对象,对种子萌发特性进行了研究。试验结果表明:(1)河北木蓝种子呈椭圆形、肾形,棕褐色,种子纵径与横径平均分别为2.94±0.39 mm、2.40±0.12 mm,千粒质量为6.83 g,硬实率为55.33%;(2)50-60℃温水浸种、浓硫酸处理9 min、磨砂处理均能有效打破河北木蓝种子硬实,河北木蓝种子发芽率分别为86.00%、98.00%、98.00%,其中以浓硫酸处理9 min最适宜河北木蓝种子的萌发;(3)河北木蓝种子经50℃温水浸种、浓硫酸处理9 min及磨砂处理后,其种子吸水率分别为35.89%、96.83%、128.75%,是未处理种子的1.04倍、2.79倍、3.71倍。浓硫酸处理9 min最适宜河北木蓝种子萌发。 The germination of Indigofera bungeana Walpers seeds was studied under different treatments in this paper. The results showed that:(1)The seeds of I. bungeana was oval and kidney-shaped. The color of the seed was sepia. The average longitudinal diameter of I. bungeana seeds was 2.94 ± 0.39 mm, and the average transverse diameter was 2.40 ± 0.12 mm. The weight per thousand granule was 6.83 g, and the hard seed rate was 55.33%.(2)The hard seeds of I. bungeana could be effectively broken down under treatments of B(50℃soaking tempretures), C(Seeds treated by HSOat 9 min) and D(Seeds rubbed by sandpaper), and the germination rate were 86.00%, 98.00%, 98.00%, respectively. The most appropriate germination treatment for I. bungeana seeds was C.(3)The water absorption rate of I. bungeana seeds treated with B, C and D were 35.89%, 96.83% and 128.75%, respectively. Compared with untreated seeds, the water absorption rate of B, C and D increased 1.04 times, 2.79 times and 3.71 times, respectively. The best treatment for I. bungeana seeds germination was C.
