高温胁迫对辣椒果实活性氧代谢的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以辣椒品种“驻椒22”为试材,研究辣椒果实相应高温胁迫活性氧代谢的影响,为预防辣椒果实灼伤及果实优质生产提供依据。研究结果表明:高温胁迫使辣椒果实中O生产速率、HO含量、MDA含量升高,明显增强了辣椒果实中的POD、SOD、APX、CAT的活性,提高了PRO和可溶性蛋白含量。在高温胁迫下,辣椒果实中出现了维持活性氧代谢的清除能力,减缓了高温对细胞膜的伤害。 " Zhujiao No.22" was taken as experimental material to study effect of reactive oxygen metabolism under high temperature stress on the fruit of Capsicum annuum L, so as to provide a basis for preventing the fruits from burning and for production of the fruits with high quality. The results showed that the stress of high temperature increased the production rate of O, the content of HOand MDA, significantly enhanced the production POD, SOD, APX and CAT, and improved the contents of PRO and soluble protein. Under the high temperature stress, the clearing ability to maintain active oxygen metabolism appeared in the fruit of Capsicum annuum L, which slowed down the damage of cell membrane.
