高频感应加热对TC4钛合金组织和硬度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 TC4钛合金经高频感应加热1.4、1.5、1.6 s后水冷,然后分别在350、400、450℃时效处理6 h。采用光学显微镜、显微硬度计研究感应加热淬火及时效处理对显微组织和硬度的影响。结果表明,TC4钛合金经感应加热淬火处理后可获得呈梯度分布的显微组织,表层组织以马氏体α′相为主,心部组织为原始双态组织。时效处理后TC4钛合金显微硬度从表层到心部递减,呈梯度分布。随着时效温度降低,显微硬度增加,强化效果提升。此外,随着感应加热时间的增加,TC4钛合金时效处理后的显微硬度也有所增加。 The microstructure and hardness of TC4 titanium alloy after high-frequency induction heating and quenching for 1.4,1.5 and 1.6 s plus aging treatment at 350,400 and 450℃for 6 h were investigated using optical microscope and micro-hardness instrument.The results show that the microstructure with gradient distribution can be obtained after appropriate induction heating treatment,and the core structure is original duplex structure,therefore the surface structure mainly contains martensiteα′phase.After aging treatment,the microhardness of TC4 titanium alloy presents gradient distribution,and gradually decreases from the surface to the core.The microhardness of TC4 titanium alloy after aging treatment increases as the decrease of aging temperature,and the strengthening effect is obvious.Moreover,the increase in the microhardness of TC4 titanium alloy after aging treatment increases with the increase of the induction heating treatment time.
