摘要
为探索一种更好满足平原风电场淤泥质软弱地基吊装平台承载力要求的新方法,对土工袋技术在平原风电场吊装平台施工中的应用进行试验研究.本文通过对土工袋进行理论分析,并以苏北某平原风电场作为依托进行现场试验,通过平板载荷试验,验证土工袋技术在软基吊装平台处理方面的实际效果.结果表明:土工袋技术在深淤泥地质条件下风电场吊装作业平台施工中能很好地提高地基承载力,加固效果优势明显;土工袋就地取材,可以集中装填制作,施工效率高,能有效降低成本;土工袋可以在不同机位点重复使用,便于吊装平台复垦,环保性强.
In order to explore a new method to better meet the bearing capacity requirements of the hoisting platform on the silt soft foundation of the plain wind farm,the application of the soilbag technology in the construction of the hoisting platform of the plain wind farm was experimentally studied.In this paper,the theoretical analysis of the geotextile bag is carried out,and the field test is carried out on the basis of a plain wind farm in northern Jiangsu.The results show that the soilbag technology can improve the bearing capacity of the foundation well in the construction of the hoisting operation platform of the wind farm in deep silt condition.The reinforcement has obvious advantages.Soilbags are made by local materials and can be prefilled,which greatly improves construction efficiency and effectively reduces costs.Soilbags can be reused in different machine positions,easy to lift the platform reclamation,which are benefit of strong environmental protection.
