国家自然科学基金半导体科学与信息器件领域“十三五”至“十四五”期间资助状况与趋势 被引量:3

Overview of the Funding Status and Trends of NSFC Projects in Semiconductor Science and Information Devices During the 13^(th)to 14^(th)Five-Year Plan

摘要 半导体科学与信息器件是目前最核心的科技领域之一,在国际竞争环境中的重要性愈发凸显.国家自然科学基金委员会支持我国半导体科学与信息器件领域基础和应用基础研究,逐渐形成了由自由探索类研究项目、指南引导类研究项目、人才类项目、国家重大科研仪器研制项目构成的资助格局.本文分析“十三五”至“十四五”期间(2016—2021年)半导体科学与信息器件领域F04代码下各类型项目的申请量、资助率和资助强度.通过历年资助项目题目的热点词云分析,了解半导体行业研究主题和热点变化.依据“十三五”至“十四五”期间半导体科学与信息器件领域的优秀科研成果,分析基金的资助成效.本文旨在为探究信息科学部近年来对半导体科学与信息器件领域的资助特点,也为国内科研院所、企事业单位的研究人员了解该领域的研究热点、未来发展方向及路径提供借鉴. Semiconductor science and information devices is one of the most important fields of science and technology,which is becoming increasingly important in the international competition environment.The national natural science foundation of China(NSFC)supports basic and applied basic research in semiconductor science and information devices,gradually forming the funding content consisting of free exploration research projects,guidance-guided research projects,talents projects,and national major scientific instrument development projects.We analyze the application and funding status of various types of projects under the F04 code of semiconductor science and information devices during the 13^(th) to 14^(th) Five-Year Plan period(2016-2021).Through the hot word cloud analysis of funded project topics over these years,the research directions and hot topics of the semiconductor field are shown.Based on the outstanding research achievements in semiconductor science and information devices from the 13^(th) to 14^(th) Five-Year Plan,the effects of the funding are demonstrated.This article is expected to show the characteristics of the funding of the Division of Information Science to semiconductor science and information devices in recent years,and to provide reference for researchers in domestic research institutes,enterprises and institutions to understand the research hot spots,future development direction and path in this field.
