特大型对数曲线调心滚子硬车削工艺

摘要 针对特大型对数曲线调心滚子磨削加工效率低的问题,设计硬车削工艺对某滚子进行加工,结果表明:硬车削滚子各项技术指标均满足技术要求,表面粗糙度、圆度、波纹度均优于磨削滚子,且加工效率明显提高,说明了硬车削的可行性。 Aimed at low efficiency during traditional grinding of spherical roller with extra large size and logarithmic curve, the hard turning process is designed for processing of a kind of roller. The results show that: all the technical indexes of the roller meet the technical requirements, and the roughness, roundness and waviness of the roller are better than those of ground roller, and the processing efficiency is improved significantly, showing the feasibility of hard turning for rollers.
