摘要
针对大型轴承支柱焊接保持架支柱与垫圈的焊接部位易失效的问题,介绍了该类保持架的结构和材料特点,并分析支柱焊接保持架现有的焊接方法及失效原因,确定焊接方式及结构优化方案为:焊接方式采用钨极氩弧焊;支柱材料为30~#钢,垫圈材料为20~#钢;支柱与垫圈一端为螺纹连接,另一端为焊接,支柱和垫圈的焊接部位倒角为5 mm×45°。并以支柱高于垫圈端面1 mm和支柱与垫圈端面平齐2种支柱焊接保持架为例进行验证,效果良好,且前者焊接部位结合更好。
In view of the problem that the welding positions of pillar and washer of pillar welding cages of large size bearings are easy to fail, the structure and material characteristics of the cages are introduced, the existing welding methods and failure causes of the cages are analyzed. The welding method and structure optimization scheme are determined as follows: the welding method adopts argon tungsten arc welding;the pillar material is 30steel, and the washer material is 20steel;one end of pillar and washer is connected by thread, the other end is welded, and the welding parts of pillar and washer are inverted 5 mm×45° respectively. Taking two kinds of pillar welding cages as examples for verification, in which one has the pillar 1 mm higher than washer end face and another has the pillar flush with washer end face, both have good welding quality, and the former is better.
