摘要
针对多规格、小批量的中小型轴承钢球需单独包装,手工拣球劳动强度大,效率低,且易出现随机误差的问题,利用杠杆原理设计开发了一种钢球定量分组装置,该装置通过定长方式将不同尺寸的钢球定量分组,通过控制长度来控制每一组钢球的数量,有效解决了中小型轴承的钢球定量分组问题。
Aimed at the problems that the steel balls of small and medium-sized bearings with multiple specifications and small batches need to be packaged separately, the manual ball picking is labor-intensive, low in efficiency, and prone to arise random errors, a quantitative grouping device for steel balls is designed and developed using lever principle. The device completes quantitative grouping for steel balls of different sizes by fixing length, and the number of steel balls in one group is guaranteed by controlling the length, the problem existing in quantitative grouping of steel balls of small and medium-sized bearings is solved effectively.
