包钢5^(#)高炉降低燃料比生产实践

摘要 针对包钢5^(#)高炉燃料比长期较高的情况,通过优化装料制度、调整焦炭、矿石料层厚度改善煤气流的分布,提高煤气利用率;通过提高炉顶压力、热风温度、富氧率等措施强化冶炼;同时提高炉前出铁效率,加强高炉日常操作,推行标准化作业,实现了增产降耗的目标,5^(#)高炉燃料比由2020年平均598.73 kg/t降到556.9 kg/t,处于历史最好水平。 The gas flow distribution and gas utilization rate are improved by optimizing the charging system as well as adjusting the material layer thickness of coke and ore aiming at the long-term higher fuel ratio of 5^(#)blast furnace of Baotou Steel;the smelting is strengthened by such measures as increasing furnace top pressure,hot air temperature and oxygen enrichment rate;meanwhile,the efficiency of tapping iron in front of furnace is improved,daily operations of blast furnace are strengthened and standard work is carried out so that the target of increasing production and reducing consumption is realized.The fuel ratio of 5^(#)blast furnace reduced from 598.73 kg/t on average in 2020 to 556.9 kg/t,which was the best level in history.
