The paper elaborates the construction method of "blockchain+" vaccine credible traceability system in detail,including construction objectives,business requirements,construction tasks and overall architecture,analyzes the application effects,and points out that the system is helpful to realize the whole process supervision of vaccination and provide effective support for immunization planning.
