智能预选抛废在铅锌金银多金属矿中的应用及生产实践 被引量:1

摘要 为了节能降耗,减少尾矿量,水口山选厂通过智能预选抛废,提前抛出一部分废石作为建材骨料销售,节约后续工序的生产成本,减少了尾矿库矿量,延长了尾矿库的服务年限。智能预选抛废技术在水口山铅锌金银多金属矿选矿中的成功应用,是该技术首次应用于国内铅锌矿山的实际生产中,将成为水口山新建80万t选矿厂的技术支撑,也为国内同类矿山应用预选抛废技术提供了重要参考。 In order to save energy and reduce the amount of tailings, intelligent preconcentration discarding technology was adopted by Shuikoushan concentrator.As the results, part of the waste rocks are thrown out in advance as building material aggregates, which saves the production cost of t processes, the amount of ore entering the tailings pond and extends the service life of the tailings pond reduced also.The successful application of intelligent preconcentration and discarding technology in the beneficiation of Shuikoushan lead zinc gold silver polymetallic mine is the first time that tht technology has been applied to the actual production of domestic lead zinc mines.It will become the technical support for the newly built 800 000 tons concentrator in Shuikoushan, and also provide an important reference for the application of the intelligent preconcentration and discarding technology in similar domestic mines.
