钴盐浸出液沉钴工艺研究

摘要 文章以氧化镁和氢氧化镁为沉淀剂进行沉钴反应,将钴盐浸出液中的钴与其它有价金属分离出来,得到沉钴渣(粗制氢氧化钴)。探究了氧化镁、氢氧化镁和氢氧化镁渣的沉钴效果,并验证了氢氧化镁前处理对沉钴效果的影响,同时对比了不同松装密度氢氧化镁沉钴率。结果表明,氢氧化镁的沉钴率(68.28%)低于氧化镁(90.62%),氢氧化镁物料状态对沉钴效果有较大的影响,浆化后的氢氧化镁沉钴率显著提高(80%),而使用轻质氢氧化镁浆化后沉钴率进一步提高(92.57%)。 In this paper, magnesium oxide and magnesium hydroxide were used as precipitants to carry out cobalt precipitation reaction, and the valuable metal ions such as cobalt ions in the cobalt salt leaching solution were separated and precipitated to obtain cobalt precipitation slag(crude cobalt hydroxide).The cobalt precipitation effect of magnesium oxide, magnesium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide filter press media intermediates was investigated, and the effect of magnesium hydroxide pretreatment on the cobalt precipitation effect was verified, and the cobalt precipitation rates of magnesium hydroxide with different bulk densities were compared.The results show that the cobalt precipitation rate of magnesium hydroxide(68.28%) is lower than that of magnesium oxide(90.62%).The material state of magnesium hydroxide has a great side effect on the effect of magnesium hydroxide precipitation.The rate of cobalt precipitation of magnesium hydroxide after slurry is significantly increased(80%),and the cobalt precipitation rate of light magnesium hydroxide after slurrying is further increased(92.57%).
