摘要
文章对锂电池三元正极材料制备方法和工艺流程进行了概述,对三元正极材料生产工艺物料平衡进行了计算,探讨了设备选型和三元正极材料工厂布置方式,探讨了三元正极材料公用工程设计和金属异物管控,为提升该类产品的技术水平和制造能力提供了一个参考方案。
In this paper, the preparation method and technological process of ternary cathode material for lithium battery were introduced, and the material balance of production process of ternary cathode material was calculated.In addition, the equipment selection and plant layout of ternary cathode material were discussed, as well as the utility engineering design and metallic foreign body control of ternary cathode material.It provides a reference for improving the technological level and manufacturing capability of such products.
