摘要
随着导弹装备复杂度、集成度和智能化程度越来越高,健康管理技术作为提升装备可靠性、维修性、保障性、测试性的关键使能技术,越发受到各界的关注。主要介绍了导弹装备健康管理系统设计基本原则、结构框架、工作流程及全寿命周期数据管理要求。以某装备为例,验证了该设计方法在健康管理系统研制中的可行性与有效性。
With the increase of the level of complexity,integration and intelligence of missile weapon system,health management technology,as a key enabling technology to improve equipment reliability,testability,maintainability and supportability,has gotten more and more attention and application.Based on the health management needs of the new generation missile weapon system,the design principle,structural framework,workflow and life cycle data management requirements of missile equipment health management system are introduced.The feasibility and effectiveness of the design method in the development of health management system are verified by taking certain equipment as an example.
