Research on American Populism:Literature Review and Approach Prospects

民粹主义是当下国内关于“美国”的学术研究中讨论最热烈的话语场域。国内学界围绕“美国民粹主义”这一议题对其传统溯源、历史发展、当代样态、对美国和世界的影响等方面进行了多维研究。但在研究的全面性、系统性、联系性和对比性上亦存在不足。科学、理性地认识美国民粹主义,就要运用马克思主义并在全球化视域下研究美国民粹主义的历史发展与当代境遇,研究其与美国社会中各种思潮之间的联系。

Populism is the most heated discourse field in the current domestic academic research on"America".The domestic academic circles have conducted multi-dimensional research on"American populism"from the perspective of its traditional traceability,historical development,contemporary state,and its influence on the United States and the world.However,there are also deficiencies in the comprehensiveness,systematicness,connectivity and contrast.To understand American populism scientifically and rationally,it is necessary to adopt Marxism and study the historical development and contemporary conditions of American populism from the perspective of globalization,and study its connection with various trends of thoughts in American society.
