摘要
文中展示了基于连续模型理论快速设计转运料斗的方法,方法中提出冲击模型、凸弧段模型、凹弧段模型、抛料模型的概念和理论计算,并重点分析各模型因素对物料计算速度的影响,利用实例工程项目证明设计的曲线料斗与理论计算的结果具有高度的一致性,有效降低了料斗堵料和粉尘的风险。
This paper introduces the method of rapid design of transfer hopper based on continuous model theory.In the method,the concepts and theoretical calculations of impact model,convex arc segment model,concave arc segment model and throwing model are put forward,and the influences of various model factors on the calculation speed of materials are emphatically analyzed.Finally,an example project proves that the designed curved hopper has high consistency with the theoretical calculation results,effectively reducing the risk of hopper blockage and dust.
