摘要
为评价装配式建筑技术应用水平,首先根据CMM确定了成熟度等级划分标准,然后基于WSR理论建立了评价指标体系,采用AHP-熵值法对各指标组合权重进行计算,通过未确知测度函数对技术应用成熟度等级进行量化并评价。最后以某装配式建筑项目(包括装配式钢筋混凝土住宅项目和装配式钢筋结构厂房项目)为例,进行案例计算演示和分析,进一步验证以上成熟度评价方法的可靠性与实用性,进而为装配式建筑技术应用相关评价提供参考。
In order to assess the application level of prefabricated construction technology,the standard of maturity levels is firstly set based on CMM(Capability Maturity Model),and then the assessment index system is established based on WSR theory,the combination weighting of each index is calculated by combining AHP and entropy,the maturity of the technology application is quantified and evaluated by using unascertained measure function.With a prefabricated construction project(including housing projects and factory building projects of prefabricated reinforced concrete)as a case,the calculation is demonstrated and analysis is made to further verify the reliability and practicability of the above assessment method,and reference for the assessment of fabricated construction technology application is provided.
