乡村振兴视域下职业教育办学质量第三方评估制度研究

摘要 选取武汉4所职业院校进行调查研究,通过问卷及词频分析,剖析服务乡村发展的职业教育现状。在此基础上,结合现行评估制度公信力不足、评估效率偏低等问题,提出了完善多元评估机制、设置评估指标、加强评估流程监督、建立主体明确的组织管理机构和长久运行模式,打造系统性、科学性、有效性的反馈与诊改机制,促进院校在评估过程中进行自我梳理、调节、革新和提升。全面提升第三方评估主体的影响力、执行力,推动职业教育办学质量提高以及人才培养制度健全,为乡村经济发展输送有力人才。 The present situation of vocational education serving rural development is analyzed through questionnaire and word frequency analysis in 4 vocational colleges in Wuhan.On this basis,combining with the current lack credibility assessment system,low assessment efficiency and other issues,this paper puts forward the perfect multivariate evaluation mechanism,sets up evaluation index,strengthens assessment process supervision,establishes the main body clear organization management mechanism and operation mode for a long term,makes systematic,scientific,and the effectiveness of feedback and clinical change mechanism,promoting institutions and colleges to comb,adjust,innovate and improve themselves in the evaluation process to improve the influence and executive power of third-party evaluation subjects,the quality of vocational education,and the system of talent training,so as to provide powerful talents for rural economic development.
