常州乡村礼制建筑遗产保护与活化利用现状及对策研究

Study on the Status Quo and Countermeasures of Protection,Activation and Utilization of Rural Ritual Architectural Heritage in Changzhou

常州乡村礼制建筑遗产具有重要的历史文化价值,通过对其现状调研得知,在其保护与活化利用过程中存在着一些问题,如保护开发工作不均衡,重视程度不够;保护与开发类型单一,缺乏文化内涵;文旅融合程度不高,缺乏创新意识;尚未形成产业化模式,特色不够突出。针对这些问题,提出解决问题的对策:科学统筹,合理制定礼制建筑遗产保护政策;适度开发,维系经济发展与礼制建筑保护平衡;挖掘内涵,加大文化与旅游融合发展力度;创意开发,实现礼制建筑文化产业化开发模式。

Changzhou rural ritual architectural heritage has important historical and cultural value,through the investigation of its current situation,we know that there are some problems in the process of its protection and activation,such as unbalanced protection and development,insufficient attention;The types of protection and development are single and lack of cultural connotation;Cultural and tourism integration degree is not high,lack of innovation consciousness;no industrialization mode,nor outstanding characteristic.In view of these problems,the countermeasures to solve the problems are put forward in this paper:scientific overall planning,rational formulation of the protection policy of ceremonial architectural heritage;moderate development to maintain the balance between economic development and ceremonial building protection;excavating the connotation and intensifying the integrated development of culture and tourism;carrying out creative development to achieve the development model of etiquette and architectural culture industrialization.
