河南省大学生健康素养影响因素及提升路径研究

Study on the influencing factors and improving path of health literacy of college students in Henan Province

[目的]全面分析河南省大学生健康素养水平及影响因素,为提升大学生健康素养水平提供参考。[方法]采用多阶段分层随机抽样法,选取河南省10所院校3600名在校大学生为研究对象,使用中国健康教育中心发布的《2020年全国居民健康素养监测调查问卷》开展调查,并运用SPSS 25.0对数据进行统计分析。[结果]河南省10所院校大学生健康素养水平为41.3%,基本健康知识和理念素养、健康生活方式与行为素养、基本技能素养水平分别为55.3%、45.7%、31.6%。二元Logistic回归分析结果显示,性别、年级、民族、自评健康状况、家庭人口数、父亲的学历、母亲的学历、专业门类是大学生健康素养水平的主要影响因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]河南省大学生健康素养水平仍有待提高,高校应通过创新大学生健康教育模式、健全健康素养知信行内部转化机制、加强大学生健康素养动态监测,全面提升河南省大学生健康素养水平,助力全面推进健康中国建设。

Objective This paper comprehensively analyzes health literacy level and influencing factors of college students in Henan Province so as to provide reference for promoting their health literacy level.Methods Multi-stage stratified random sampling method was used to select 3600 college students from 10 colleges.It used“2020 national residents health literacy monitoring questionnaires”published by China Health Education Center for the investigation,and used SPSS 25.0 for statistical analysis of the data.Results The health literacy level of college students from these 10 colleges was 41.3%,basic health knowledge and concept literacy,healthy lifestyle and behavior habits,and basic literacy skills was 55.3%,45.7%and 31.6%respectively.The results of the binary logistic regression analysis results showed that gender,grade,nationality,self-assessment health status,family size,parents educational background and specialized fields were main influencing factors of college students health literacy level,there was statistical significance in the difference(P≤0.05).Conclusions The health literacy level of college students in Henan Province still to be improved.For this purpose,the colleges and universities need to innovate the pattern of health education for college students,improve the internal transformation mechanism of knowledge,attitude and practice of health literacy,intensify the dynamic monitoring of college students health literacy,comprehensively promote the level of college students health literacy,help comprehensively advance the building of a healthy China.
