EPS对膨润土/水泥复合多孔材料收缩的影响 被引量:1

Effect of EPS on Shrinkage of Porous Bentonite/Cement Composites

摘要 以膨润土为矿物成孔剂,普通硅酸盐水泥为胶凝材料,制备膨润土/水泥复合多孔材料,结合扫描电镜、氮吸附/脱附等手段,研究了膨胀聚苯乙烯(EPS)轻骨料对膨润土/水泥复合多孔材料收缩的影响。结果表明,EPS轻骨料降低了基体中引起收缩的孔含量,并在其中形成了骨架,显著降低了复合多孔材料的干缩和自收缩;当EPS轻骨料掺量为40%,设计密度分别为400 kg/m^(3)和800 kg/m^(3)时,干缩值分别降低77.9%和64.1%,自收缩分别降低81.2%和89.7%。 Porous bentonite/cement composites were prepared by using ordinary Portland cement as the binder and bentonite slurry as the mineral pore-forming agent.The effect of expanded polystyrene(EPS)lightweight aggregate on shrinkage of bentonite/cement composite was investigated by using the scanning electron microscope and nitrogen adsorption and desorption.The results showed that the introduction of EPS lightweight aggregate reduced the content of shrinkage-generated pore and formed a skeleton,significantly decrease the dry shrinkage and autogenous shrinkage of porous bentonite/cement composite.When the content of EPS lightweight aggregate was 40%,dry shrinkage value reduced by 77.9%and 64.1%,and autogenous shrinkage decreased by 81.2%and 89.7%,with design density of 400 kg/m^(3) and 800 kg/m^(3),respectively.
