摘要
以湖南某建筑用花岗岩为研究对象,根据原矿性质及各产物特征分析,经“破碎-洗矿-筛分-磁选-浮选”等联合选矿作业将建筑用砂中云母高效去除,获得产率为73.77%符合级配标准的建筑用砂产品,并对尾矿开展综合利用试验,获得白度为66%的合格陶瓷坯料产品;进一步对建筑用砂及尾矿开展云母综合回收试验,分别获得大片状白云母、黑云母精矿、纯度超过80%的白云母精矿,以及铁含量和白度均达到陶瓷产品原料要求的陶瓷坯料原料,实现了花岗岩的高效开发及综合回收利用。
This paper takes a construction granite in Hunan as the research object.According to the analysis of the raw ore properties and the characteristics of each product,the mica contained in the construction sand is efficiently removed after the combined beneficiation operations of"crushing-washing-screening-magnetic separation-flotation".A construction sand product with a yield of 73.77%comforming to the grading standard was obtained,and a comprehensive utilization test of the tailings was carried out.At the same time,a qualified ceramic billet product with whiteness of 66%was also produced.In the follow-up,comprehensive mica recovery test of construction sand and tailings are carried out,and large flake muscovite,biotite concentrate,muscovite concentrate with a purity of more than 80%,and the ceramic blank raw materials whose iron content and whiteness meeting the requirements of ceramic products can be obtained,respectively,the efficient development and comprehensive recycling of granite was realized.
