摘要
以矿山剥离土、粉煤灰和水泥为原料,采用混合搅拌-圆盘造粒工艺制备免烧陶粒。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、偏光显微镜等分析方法,研究矿山剥离土掺量对免烧陶粒的堆积密度、筒压强度、吸水率、空隙率和含泥量的影响。结果表明,在矿山剥离土掺量最大达到55%,粉煤灰和水泥分别为35%和10%时,制备的免烧陶粒性能最佳。免烧陶粒堆积密度为928 kg/m^(3),表观密度为1560.23 kg/m^(3),筒压强度为8.10 MPa,吸水率为9.89%,空隙率为40.52%,符合QB/T 4383-2012《陶粒滤料》要求。
Using the mine stripping soil,fly ash and cement as raw materials,the non-sintered ceramiste was prepared by mixing and stirring disk granulation process,X-ray diffraction(XRD)and polarizing microscope were used to study the influence of the content of mine stripping soil on the piled density,cylinder pressure strength,water absorption,void fraction of non-burning ceramiste.The results show that when the stripping soil content is up to 55%,fly ash and cement are 35%and 10%respectively,the non-sintered ceramisite has the best performance.The piled density is 928 kg/m^(3),the apparent density is 1560.23 kg/m^(3),the cylinder pressure strength is 8.10 MPa,the water absorption is 9.89%,and the void fraction is 40.52%,which meets the"ceramsite filter material"requirements of QB/T 4383-2012.
