新工科建设进展、成效、问题与对策研究——以福建省为例 被引量:2

摘要 新工科建设应关注区域发展,福建省作为东部省市的工业强省,近年来积极推进新工科建设,取得了系列成效。但存在整体进展不平衡、不充分,学科专业布局难以满足经济社会发展需要,师资队伍规模和结构存在短板,产学研平台建设存在观念分歧、机制不畅及较高廉洁风险,人才培养方面从入口、过程和出口都有若干瓶颈等问题。建议应深化全局性、系统性和长期性观念;完善宏观管理体制,创新激励机制、评价机制、共享机制、风险管控机制和质量保障机制;抓住区域创新战略实施机遇,强化经费、人员、资源和制度保障,着力推进新时代福建省新工科建设迈上新台阶。 The significance of regional development in the construction of emerging engineering disciplines cannot be underestimated.As a powerful industrial province in the eastern China, Fujian Province has actively promoted the construction of emerging engineering disciplines in recent years.Though it has established a series of achievements, there are some problems in the overall progress of development, the layout of disciplines and specialties and the construction of teaching staff.And it requires further improvement in not only the platform of production, teaching and research but also talents training.Hence, it is recommended that we should deepen the overall, systematic and long-term methodology, improve the macro-management system and innovate the incentive mechanism, evaluation mechanism, sharing mechanism, risk control mechanism as well as the quality assurance mechanism.It is imperative for us to seize the opportunity of implementing the regional innovation strategy to strengthen the guarantee of funds, personnel, resources and system security and strive to promote the construction of new engineering disciplines in Fujian Province to a new level in the new era.
