摘要
在常温、4℃冷藏、-18℃冷冻条件下,以普通塑料袋包装、进口塑料袋包装、铝箔袋包装三种包装,采用9种不同贮存方式分别贮存辣木茶,考察不同贮存方式对辣木茶品质的影响。实验结果表明,辣木茶最佳贮存方式为4℃冷藏条件下以进口塑料袋包装。
The effects of storage methods on the quality of moringa tea were investigated under 9 different temperatures and packaging conditions.The sensory evaluation,moisture and polyphenols contents of moringa tea were explored at room temperature,cold storage(4℃)and frozen storage(-18℃)stored in ordinary plastics small packaging bags,imported plastics packaging bags and aluminum foil-packaging bags respectively.It can be concluded that the best storage condition of moringa tea was refrigerated(4℃)in imported plastics packaging.
