摘要 结合文一西路工程的实际情况,通过施工方案比选,对承插型盘扣式脚手架的优势进行分析,并提出此种脚手架搭设的具体步骤,通过抗倾覆计算验证了承插型盘扣式脚手架的稳定性。明挖隧道对模板支撑体系稳定性和强度的要求比较高,和传统手架相比,承插型盘扣式脚手架在安全、经济性、稳定性、承载力等方面有显著优势,值得在类似工程中推广。 Combined with the situation of Wenyi West Road project,as well as the comparison and selection of construction schemes,this paper analyzes the advantages of socket type ring lock Scaffold,puts forward the erection steps,and verifies the stability of socket type ring lock Scaffold through anti overturning calculation.Open cut tunnel has higher requirements for the stability and strength of formwork supports system.Compared with bowl buckle scaffold,socket buckle scaffold has significant advantages in safety,economy,stability and bearing capacity,which is worthy to be popularized in similar projects.
