摘要
为了进一步研究粒径和温度对纳米材料表面热力学性质的影响,采用溶剂热法并调控表面活性剂用量制备5种不同粒径的纳米二硫化钼(MoS)。采用X射线粉末衍射仪对MoS的物相组成进行表征;通过电导率测定和热化学循环理论以及热力学理论结合,研究MoS材料表面热力学性质的粒径和温度效应及规定热力学性质的粒径效应。结果表明,所有热力学函数均与材料粒径的倒数和温度有着良好的线性关系。
In order to further study the particle size and temperature effects on the surface thermodynamic properties of nanomaterials, molybdenum disulfide(MoS) nanoparticles with five different particle sizes were prepared by solvothermal method and adjusting the amount of surfactant.The phase composition of MoSwas characterized by X-ray diffraction.Combining with conductivity measurement, thermochemical cycle theory and thermodynamic theory, the particle size and temperature effects on the surface thermodynamic properties of MoSmaterials and the particle size effects on the specified thermodynamic properties were investigated.The results show that all thermodynamic functions have good linear relationships with the reciprocal of particle size and temperature.
