东北啤酒大麦育种与产业现状

Current Status of Malting Barley Breeding and Industrialization in Northeastern China

东北地区是我国重要啤酒大麦产区之一,本文简单回顾了从20世纪80年代开始到现在东北地区主栽品种及来源,同时说明了目前东北啤酒大麦的育种现状、面临的问题及解决办法。另外,还简单分析了我国啤酒大麦产业链中存在的问题,并且提出了发展啤酒大麦产业的思路和建议。

Northeast region is one of the most important regions of malting barley production in China. This paper briefly reviews main malting barley varieties and sources in northeastern China from the 1980s to now. It also illustrates the current status of malting barley breeding in this region, points out existing problems, and proposes solutions to the problems. Moreover, this paper analyzes the problems emerging in the malting barley industry chain, and also puts forward the strategies and suggestions for the development of malting barley industry.
