摘要
来源于桑树的1-脱氧野尻霉素(DNJ)属于α-糖苷酶抑制剂,具有降血糖的功效。以广西蚕区推广种植的14个桑树品种供试,采用高效液相色谱法测定桑树成熟叶片、3~12叶位叶片以及生长5个月桑枝中的DNJ含量,期望筛选出适合药用开发利用的桑品种及其取材部位。结果表明:成熟桑叶中的DNJ含量因品种不同而存在显著性差异,以粤桑11号含量最高,DNJ质量分数达0.5267%;不同桑品种桑枝中的DNJ含量存在差异,其中沙2×伦109桑枝中的DNJ含量最高,DNJ质量分数达0.6833%;伦教40号3~12叶位叶片中的DNJ含量存在显著差异,含量最高的是中部第7、第8叶位的叶片,DNJ质量分数分别达0.2400%、0.2316%,枝条顶部嫩叶和下部老叶中的DNJ含量均较低,与中部叶片存在极显著差异,并且少数相邻叶片间的DNJ含量呈现一定幅度的高低交错趋势。上述测定结果初步提示:粤桑11号适合作为桑叶DNJ开发的专用桑品种;沙2×伦109适合作为桑枝DNJ开发的专用桑品种;桂桑6号是产叶量高且桑叶中DNJ含量也较高的综合性状优良的桑品种。
1-deoxynojirimycin(DNJ) from mulberry, belongs to α-glucosidase inhibitor and has the effect of reducing blood sugar level. The content of DNJ in mulberry mature leaves, leaves at 3~12 leaf positions and mulberry branches at 5 months of age were determined by High performance liquid chromatography method, in order to screen out suitable mulberry varieties and their parts for medicinal use. The results showed that the content of DNJ in mature mulberry leaves was significantly different among varieties and the highest DNJ content of was found in Yuesang 11, which was 0.526 7%, and the highest DNJ content was found in the mulberry branch of Sha2×Lun109, which was 0.683 3%. In addition, there was significant difference in the 3~12 leaf position of 40 LunJiao Subdistrict. The highest content of DNJ was in the leaves of the 7 th and 8 th leaf position in the middle. The DNJ contents were 0.240 0% and 0.231 6% respectively. The content of DNJ in the young leaves at the top of the branch and the old leaves at the lower part of the branch were lower than that in the middle part of the branch. The results indicated Yuesang 11 can be used as a special mulberry variety for mulberry leaf DNJ development. Sha 2× Lun 109 can be used as a special mulberry variety for branch DNJ development. Guisang 6 is a variety with high leaf yield, and the mulberry varieties with good comprehensive characters and higher DNJ content in mulberry leaves.
