摘要
科技成果转化体现了一个国家的政府、企业、高校、科研院所等多方的协同性。科技成果转化率是衡量科技成果转化的重要评价指标,然而目前我国科技成果转化率缺乏统一的计算和发布口径,面向市场的科技成果转化率偏低。通过对我国科技成果转化现状和原因进行分析,提出提升企业科技成果转化能力、提高我国科技成果转化率的对策,为促进我国企业科技成果转化和社会经济发展提供借鉴。
The transformation of scientific and technological achievements reflects the cooperation among the government,enterprises,universities and research institutes of a country.China’s scientific and technological innovation system and market integration degree is insufficient,the enterprise scientific and technological innovation initiative is not high enough,the transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements is lack of unified calculation and publication aperture,the market-oriented transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements in China is low.In order to provide reference for promoting the transformation of Chinese enterprises’scientific and technological achievements and promoting social and economic development,puts forward some countermeasures to enhance the transformation ability of enterprises’scientific and technological achievements and improve the conversion rate of Chinese scientific and technological achievements.
