摘要
介绍了连轧管机组的孔型设计原则和方法。详细介绍了孔型顶部延伸系数分配设计方法,以及穿孔机孔型设计思路。分析认为:采用孔型顶部延伸系数分配设计方法设计连轧管机组孔型计算简单,设计的孔型能够很好服务于钢管的生产;利用孔型顶部延伸系数分配方法设计的135 mm孔型系列生产工艺稳定,轧制的钢管壁厚精度在±5%以内。
Described here in the article are the pass design principle and method for the mandrel pipe mill.Also elaborated are the design method for the elongation coefficient distribution of the pass top,and the design thinking of the piercing mill pass.It is concluded via the analysis that the above mentioned design method features simple calculation,and the pass as designed with the method is capable of satisfactorily serving the steel tube production;and the 135 mm pass series as designed with the method ensures stable manufacturing process,and keeps the wall thickness tolerance of the steel pipe as rolled within±5%.
