摘要
自动化控制技术能够准确高效地控制组分配比、流量、压力、温度、搅拌速率及液位,达到自动化生产操作的目标,保证生产过程更安全、产品质量更稳定、劳动生产率更高,且能减少能源及原材料的耗费。本文从氯化氢的合成工艺入手,探讨了氯化工艺自动化改进,并分析其危害因素与安全对策,以供参考与借鉴。
Automatic control technology can accurately and efficiently control the group distribution ratio,flow,pressure,temperature,mixing rate and liquid level,achieve the goal of automatic production operation,ensure safer production process,more stable product quality,higher labor productivity,and reduce the consumption of energy and raw materials.Starting with the synthetic process of hydrogen chloride,this paper discusses the improvement of automation of chlorination process,and analyzes its hazard factors and safety countermeasures for reference.
