Application Value of Magnetic Hospital Management Model in Geriatric Department

目的探究老年病科护士实施磁性医院管理模式的可行性。方法选取2019年10月—2021年11月吉林省一汽总医院老年病科在职护理人员19名,根据时间不同记为管理前(2019年10月—2020年10月)和管理后(2020年11月—2021年11月)。管理前实施传统护理管理模式,管理后实施磁性医院管理模式,对比管理前后护理人员护理质量、风险防控意识及职业倦怠感。结果管理后护理人员生活照料、基础护理、康复训练、心理护理、紧急救助护理质量评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护理人员在风险认知、风险察觉、风险评估、风险管控等风险防控意识评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护理人员在情绪耗竭、去人性化职业倦怠感评分显著低于管理前,个人成就感方面的职业倦怠感评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年病科护理人员实施磁性医院管理模式,管理可行性较高,能够显著提高护理人员护理质量、强化风险防控意识、降低职业倦怠感,保持更加良好的工作状态,为患者提供更加优质的护理服务。

Objective To explore the feasibility of implementing magnetic hospital management mode for geriatric nurses.Methods Selected 19 active nursing staff in the Department of Geriatrics in the Jilin FAN General Hospital from October 2019 to November 2021,according to different time,record them as before management(October 2019 to October 2020)and after management(November 2020 to November 2021),traditional nursing management mode was implemented before management,and magnetic hospital management mode was implemented after management,and compared nursing quality,risk prevention and control awareness and job burnout before and after management.Results After management,life quality scores of nursing care,basic care,rehabilitation training,psychological nursing,and emergency assistance were significantly higher than before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after the management,the risk prevention and control awareness score of risk cognition,risk awareness,risk assessment,and risk control in nursing staff significantly higher than before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after the management,the burnout perception score of emotional exhaustion,dehumanization was significantly lower than before management,the burnout perception score of sense of personal achievement significantly higher than before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Geriatric nursing staff implement magnetic hospital management mode,which can significantly improve nursing quality,strengthen risk prevention and control awareness,reduce job burnout,maintain a better working condition,and provide better nursing services for patients.
