供应室污物存放区规范化分类管理在降低医院感染发生率中的效果研究

The Research on the Effect of Standardized and Classified Management of Waste Storage Area in Supply Room in Reducing the Incidence of Nosocomial Infection

目的供应室污物存放区规范化分类管理在降低医院感染发生率中的效果研究。方法选取江海区人民医院参与“供应室污物存放区规范化分类管理”和“常规管理”的15名医务人员为研究对象,根据不同的管理方式分为观察组和对照组。观察组于2020年9月—2021年8月对消毒供应室实施供应室污物存放区规范化分类管理,对照组于2019年1—12月对消毒供应室实施的常规管理。对比两组医院感染发生情况,统计院内感染具体分类及医务人员的管理质量。结果观察组院内感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组院内感染具体分类差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组医务人员的管理质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论供应室污物存放区规范化分类管理在降低医院感染发生率中具有较高的应用价值,有利于降低污染的发生,提高医务人员的管理质量。

Objective To study the effect of standardized and classified management of waste storage area in supply room in reducing the incidence of nosocomial infection.Methods 15 medical staff in Jianghai District People's Hospital who participated in"standardized and classified management of waste storage area in supply room"and"routine management"were selected as the study objects and divied into observation group and control group according to different management methods.The observation group was to implement standardized and classified management of the supply room dirt storage area for the disinfection supply room from September 2020 to August 2021.The control group was the routine management of the disinfection supply room from January to December 2019.The incidence of nosocomial infection in the two groups was compared,and the specific classification of nosocomial infection and the management quality of medical staff were counted.Results The incidence of nosocomial infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the specific classification of nosocomial infection between the two groups(P>0.05).The management quality score of medical staff in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized and classified management of the sewage storage area in the supply room has a high application value in reducing the incidence of nosocomial infection.It is beneficial to reduce the occurrence of pollution and improve the management quality of medical staff.
