摘要
目的研究责任分组管理在手术室护理管理中的作用。方法内蒙古呼伦贝尔市海拉尔区人民医院手术室自2020年4月起开始在手术室护理管理中实施责任分组管理,此前实施常规护理管理。以15名手术室护理人员作为研究对象,观察比较实施责任分组管理前3个月间(2020年1—3月)与实施责任分组管理后3个月间(2020年4—6月)的护理人员各项素质考核分数、手术室各项护理质量评分、手术器械检查合格率及护理人员满意度。结果实施责任分组管理后3个月间的护理人员各项素质考核分数均显著高于实施责任分组管理前3个月间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施责任分组管理后3个月间的手术室各项护理质量评分均显著高于实施责任分组管理前3个月间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施责任分组管理后3个月间的手术器械检查合格率显著高于实施责任分组管理前3个月间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施责任分组管理后3个月间的护理人员满意度显著高于实施责任分组管理前3个月间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过在手术室护理管理中实施责任分组管理,能够大大提高护理人员各项素质、手术室护理质量、手术器械检查合格率及护理人员满意度。
Objective To study the role of responsibility group management in nursing management in operating room.Methods The operating room of People's Hospital of Hailar District,Hulunbuir,Inner Mongolia has implemented responsibility group management in operating room nursing management since April 2020,and routine nursing management was previously implemented.15 nurses in the operating room were selected as the study subjects.To observe and compare the quality assessment scores of nursing staff,the nursing quality scores of operating room,the qualified rate of surgical instruments and the satisfaction of nursing staff between the three months before the implementation of responsibility grouping management(from January to March 2020)and the three months after the implementation of responsibility grouping management(from April June to 2020).Results The quality assessment scores of nursing staff in the three months after the implementation of the responsibility group management were significantly higher than those in the three months before the implementation of the responsibility group management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality scores in the operating room in the 3 months after the implementation of the responsibility group management were significantly higher than those in the 3 months before the implementation of the responsibility group management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rate of surgical instrument inspection in the 3 months after the implementation of the responsibility group management was significantly higher than that in the 3 months before the implementation of the responsibility group management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing staff in the 3 months after the implementation of the responsibility group management was significantly higher than that in the first 3 months after the implementation of the responsibility group management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of responsibility group management in operating room nursing management can greatly improve the quality of nursing staff,operating room nursing quality,surgical instrument inspection pass rate and nursing staff satisfaction.
