目标导向液体治疗在胃肠外科ERAS术中容量管理的应用价值分析

Application Value of Goal-directed Fluid Therapy in Intraoperative Volume Management of ERAS in Gastrointestinal Surgery

目的分析目标导向液体治疗在胃肠外科ERAS术中容量管理的应用价值。方法选择2020年1—12月湖南常德石门县人民医院胃肠外科工作的10名临床医师,将其归入参比组,应用传统方式管理。2021年1—12月选择10名临床医师,归入观察组,应用ERAS术中容量管理。分析两组临床医师管理后的专业成绩、管理能力、负责患者的管理满意度。结果在对胃肠外科工作的临床医师进行管理后,观察组临床医师的专业成绩高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床医师的管理能力高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床医师负责患者的管理满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对胃肠外科工作的临床医师进行管理时,应用ERAS术中容量管理能够丰富临床医师专业知识,增强临床医师操作能力,锻炼临床医师管理能力,提高管理服务质量。

Objective To analyze the application value of goal-directed fluid therapy in intraoperative volume management of ERAS in gastrointestinal surgery.Methods 10 clinicians who worked in gastrointestinal surgery of Shimen County People's Hospital in Changde,Hunan from January to December 2020 were selected and included in the reference group and managed by traditional methods.From January to December 2021,10 clinicians were selected and included in the observation group,and ERAS intraoperative volume management was applied.The professional performance,management ability,and management satisfaction of the patients in charge of two groups of clinicians were analyzed.Results After managing the clinicians working in gastrointestinal surgery,the professional performance of the clinicians in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management ability of clinicians in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of clinicians responsible for the management of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of clinicians working in gastrointestinal surgery,the application of ERAS intraoperative volume management can enrich the professional knowledge of clinicians,enhance the operation ability of clinicians,exercise the management ability of clinicians,and improve the quality of management services.It is recommended for research and use.
