人性化管理在儿科护理管理中的应用价值分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探析在儿科护理管理中采用人性化管理的使用效果。方法选择2021年1月—2022年1月在广州医科大学附属第二医院儿科工作的护理人员45名为研究对象,根据管理模式的不同,分为对照组与观察组,对照组采取常规管理模式,观察组采取人性化管理模式,每组均对应选取50例患儿,对比两组管理效果。结果观察组基础护理评分(17.17±2.05)分、环境管理评分(16.27±2.12)分、服务态度评分(17.21±1.56)分、沟通技巧评分(17.17±1.63)分、疾病宣教评分(18.11±0.96)分与总分(91.09±3.65)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组擦伤、输液渗漏、护患争议总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员工作质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿科护理管理中采用人性化管理的效果显著,可以提高整体护理质量,值得在科室管理中予以推广使用。 Objective To explore the effect of humanized management in pediatric nursing management.Methods 45 nursing staff who worked in the pediatric department of econd Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects.According to different management modes,they were divided into control group and observation group.The control group adopted the conventional management mode,and the observation group adopted the humanized management mode.A total of 50 children were selected from each group,and the management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group basic nursing score(17.17±2.05)points,environmental management(16.27±2.12)points,service attitude(17.21±1.56)points,communication skills score(17.17±1.63)points,disease education score(18.11±0.96)points and total score(91.09±3.65)points were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of abrasions,infusion leakage and nurse-patient disputes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The work quality scores of nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of humanized management in pediatric nursing management is remarkable,which can improve the overall nursing quality,and is worthy of promotion and use in department management.
