内分泌科护士管理中行时效激励联合绩效考核管理模式的应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析时效激励联合绩效考核管理模式在内分泌科护士管理工作中的使用价值。方法选取2021年1月—2022年1月秦皇岛市第一医院11名内分泌科护士,在2021年1—7月内分泌科护士管理工作中采取常规绩效考核管理模式(对照组);在2021年8月—2022年1月采取时效激励联合绩效考核管理模式(研究组),对比两组管理效果。结果研究组护士总满意度100.00%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其专科质量评分(98.18±1.11)分、护理操作技能评分(97.98±1.02)分、病历书写质量评分(97.86±1.20)分、基础护理质量评分(98.03±1.07)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.681、0.176、6.256、5.844,P<0.05);其人文关怀评分(23.08±1.33)分、职业发展空间评分(23.51±1.02)分、绩效机制评分(23.62±1.08)分、工作环境评分(23.46±1.11)分、总分(97.18±1.17)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.301、6.525、4.554、4.299、5.600,P<0.05);其患者总满意度97.00%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在开展内分泌科护士管理工作中,使用时效激励联合绩效考核管理模式可显著提升管理效果,提升护士及患者满意度,值得普及使用。 Objective To analyze the application value of time-sensitive incentive combined performance appraisal management mode in the management of endocrinology nurses.Methods From January 2021 to January 2022,11 endocrinology nurses of the First Hospital of Qinhuangdao were selected.From January to July 2021,the hospital adopted a routine performance appraisal management model in the management of nurses in the endocrinology department(control group).From August 2021 to January 2022,the hospital adopted the management model of time-sensitive incentives and joint performance assessment in the management of nurses in the endocrinology department(study group).Comparep the management effects of the two groups.Results The total satisfaction of nurses in the study group was 100.00%higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Its specialty quality score(98.18±1.11)points,nursing operation skill score(97.98±1.02)points,medical record writing quality score(97.86±1.20)points,and basic nursing quality score(98.03±1.07)points,all were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.681,0.176,6.256,5.844,P<0.05).Its humanistic care score(23.08±1.33)points,career development space score(23.51±1.02)points,performance mechanism score(23.62±1.08)points,work environment score(23.46±1.11)points,total score(97.18±1.17)points,all were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.301,6.525,4.554,4.299,5.600,P<0.05).The total patient satisfaction was 97.00%higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of nurses in the endocrinology department,the use of time-sensitive incentives combined with performance appraisal management mode can significantly improve the management effect,and has an important role in promoting the satisfaction of nurses and patients,which is worthy of popularization.
