摘要
目的探讨BOPPPS教学模型在消化内科临床实践教学中的作用。方法选取齐齐哈尔医学院附属第三医院消化内科2016级(2019年9月—2020年6月)54名临床本科实习生为对照组(传统教学),2017级(2020年9月—2021年6月)50名临床本科实习生(BOPPPS教学模式)为观察组,对比两组考核成绩和教学模式评价情况。结果观察组考核能力为(91.56±4.88)分,教学模式评价总分为(85.00±9.04)分,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消化内科临床实践教学中应用BOPPPS教学模型,可提高消化内科临床实践考核成绩,使学生对教学工作的评价更高。
Objective To explore the role of BOPPPS teaching model in clinical practice teaching of gastroenterology.Methods Selected 54 clinical undergraduate interns from the Department of Gastroenterology of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College in 2016(from September 2019 to June 2020)as the control group(traditional teaching),50 clinical undergraduate interns(BOPPPS teaching mode)in 2017(from September 2020 to June 2021)were selected as the observation group.The assessment results and teaching mode evaluation of the two groups were compared.Results The evaluation ability of the observation group was(91.56±4.88)points,and the total score of the teaching mode evaluation was(85.00±9.04)points,which was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of BOPPPS teaching model in the clinical practice teaching of gastroenterology can improve the clinical practice assessment results of gastroenterology,and make students'evaluation of teaching work higher.
