A Survey of HIV Occupational Exposure Protection Knowledge at this Station

目的描述和分析本站工作人员艾滋病病毒职业暴露防护工作知识掌握情况,为有效的职业卫生安全防护教育培训提供参考。方法以连云港市红十字中心血站2022年4月23~24日参加问卷调查的89名工作人员为研究对象,以《医务人员艾滋病病毒职业暴露防护工作指导原则(试行)》为参考制作调查问卷,满分100分,计算个人得分和各题正确率。结果工作人员对艾滋病病毒职业暴露防护专业知识整体掌握不足,不同岗位、工作年限平均得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。发血岗、血液运输岗、成分制备岗及其他提供安全血液岗得分低于其余5个关键岗位。工作年限3~15年人员得分低于工作年限16~25年组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。职业暴露级别、暴露后处理和评估预防用药正确率均低于50%。结论培训前期开展调研,可以迅速有效地定位分析薄弱部分,为职业卫生安全防护教育培训、降低艾滋病病毒职业暴露风险提供参考。

Objective To describe and analyze the knowledge of HIV occupational exposure protection work in our station staff,and provide reference for effective occupational health and safety protection education and training.Methods A total of 89 staff members who participated in the questionnaire survey from April 23 to 24,2022 were selected as the research objects.A questionnaire was prepared with reference to the"Guiding Principles of HIV Occupational Exposure Protection for Medical Staff(Trial)",with a full score of 100 points.Calculate the personal score and the correct rate of each question.Results The staff did not have enough professional knowledge of HIV occupational exposure protection as a whole,and there was a statistically significant difference in the average scores of different positions and working years(P<0.05).The score table of the blood post,blood transportation post,component preparation post and other posts providing safe blood is lower than the other 5 key posts.Persons with 3-15 years of service scored lower than those with 16-25 years of service,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The correct rate of occupational exposure level,post-exposure treatment and assessment of preventive medication were all less than 50%.Conclusion Conducting research in the early stage of training can quickly and effectively locate and analyze weak parts,and provide reference for occupational health and safety protection education and training and reduce the risk of occupational exposure to HIV.
