某市医药人员对抗菌药物认知情况的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on Cognition of Medical and Pharmacy Staff about Antimicrobial in a City

目的评估某市医药人员对抗菌药物的认知度,为提高全市药事管理水平提出建议,以进一步保障患者用药安全。方法本研究于2019年9—10月通过问卷星平台设计医药人员网络调查问卷,面向全市12个旗县区33所医疗机构的医药人员进行调查,通过问卷星后台对数据进行整理、统计、分析。结果共回收问卷565份,不同群体对抗菌药物的认知度比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=20.022,P<0.05);不同工作年限、及不同职称对抗菌药物的认知度,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.332、8.645,P<0.05)。结论某市医生群体对抗菌药物的认知度不如药师群体,医疗机构对抗菌药物管理制度执行不到位。

Objective To evaluate the cognition of antimicrobial among medical and pharmacy staff in a city,and make recommendations for improving the level of pharmaceutical management of the city,and to further ensure the safety of medication for patients.Methods In this study,an online questionnaire for medical personnel was designed through the Questionnaire Star platform from September to October 2019,it conducted for the medical and pharmacy staff of 33 medical institutions in 12 districts of the city.The data was collated,counted,and analyzed through the background of Wen Juanxing.Results A total of 565 questionnaires were collected,there was statistically significant difference in the awareness of antibiotics among different groups(χ^(2)=20.022,P<0.05);there were statistically significant differences in the awareness of antibiotics in different working years and different titles(χ^(2)=11.332,8.645,P<0.05).Conclusion The cognition of antimicrobial among doctors in a city is not as good as that of pharmacists,and medical institutions have not implemented the antimicrobial management system in place.
