新形势下高职院校实验技术队伍建设的探讨与研究

高等职业教育的快速发展,对高职院校实验室的建设提出了更高的要求,而实验技术队伍建设是高水平实验室建设的关键和保障。实验技术队伍在高职院校实践教学和科学研究中发挥极其重要的作用,其建设水平高低直接关系到学校人才培养质量和科学研究水平。本文分析了目前高职院校实验技术队伍现状和存在的问题,并提出了新形势下加强实验技术队伍建设的一些措施和建议,为提升高职院校实验技术队伍建设水平提供依据和参考。

The rapid development of higher vocational education has put forward higher requirements for laboratory construction in higher vocational colleges,and the construction of experimental technical teams is the key and guarantee of high-level laboratory construction.The experimental technical team plays an extremely important role in practical teaching and scientific research in higher vocational colleges,and its construction level is directly related to the quality of personnel training and the level of scientific research.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of experimental technical teams in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward some measures and suggestions for strengthening the construction of experimental technical teams under the new situation,so as to provide basis and reference for improving the construction level of experimental technical teams in higher vocational colleges.
