临床护士岗位目标评价体系在骨科病房的应用分析

Application Analysis of Clinical Nurse Job Objective Evaluation System in Orthopaedic Ward

目的分析骨科病房中运用临床护士岗位目标评价体系对于护理工作质量的提升。方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月烟台市烟台山医院7名护理人员为研究对象,2021年1月前采用常规评价方法,2021年1月后采用临床护士岗位目标评价体系,对比应用临床护士岗位目标评价体系前后护理人员专业知识、护理能力、护理风险事件发生情况。结果2021年1月后临床护士专业知识(规章知识、法律知识、药物知识、传染病防治知识、骨科疾病知识、护理操作知识)高于2021年1月前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2021年1月后临床护士护理能力(常规护理操作能力、护患沟通能力、紧急事件处理能力)高于2021年1月前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2021年1月后临床护士护理风险事件发生共计0例(0.00%),低于2021年1月前护理风险事件计7例(3.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护士岗位目标评价体系开展后能够更好地提升临床护士专业知识水平与护理能力,有效降低护理风险事件发生情况,提高骨科病房工作质量,应用价值高。

Objective To analyze the improvement of nursing work quality by applying clinical nurse job objective evaluation system in orthopaedic ward.Methods Seven nurses from Yantaishan Hospital in Yantai City from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.Before January 2021,the routine evaluation method will be adopted,and after January 2021,the clinical nurse job target evaluation system will be adopted.The professional knowledge,nursing ability,and nursing risk events of nursing staff were compared before and after the application of the clinical nurse job objective evaluation system.Results After January 2021,the professional knowledge of clinical nurses(regulatory knowledge,legal knowledge,drug knowledge,infectious disease prevention knowledge,orthopedic disease knowledge,nursing operation knowledge)was higher than that before January 2021,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after January 2021,the nursing ability of clinical nurses(routine nursing operation ability,nurse-patient communication ability,emergency event handling ability)was higher than that before January 2021,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after January 2021,a total of 0 cases(0.00%)of clinical nurse nursing risk events occurred,which was lower than the total of 7 cases(3.50%)of nursing risk events before January 2021,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the clinical nurse job objective evaluation system can better improve the professional knowledge level and nursing ability of clinical nurses,effectively reduce the occurrence of nursing risk events,and improve the quality of work in the orthopaedic ward,with high application value.
