研究以临床案例为导向的护理管理方法对产科护士护理能力的影响作用

Effect of Clinical Case-oriented Nursing Management Method on Nursing Ability of Obstetric Nurses

目的分析产科护士接受以临床案例为导向的护理管理方法对其护理能力产生的作用及影响。方法选取菏泽市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心2020年1月—2021年12月50名产科护士作为研究对象,其中2020年1—12月对医院产科护士采取常规管理方法,纳入对照组;2021年1—12月对医院产科护士采取以临床案例为导向的护理管理方法,纳入干预组。针对两组管理效果展开分析与比较。结果干预组产科护士各项工作质量评分、各项综合能力评分、各项评判思维能力评分及管理总满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取以临床案例为导向的护理管理方法有助于提升产科护士护理能力,对提高工作质量具有重要作用。

Objective To analyze the effect and influence of obstetric nurses'acceptance of clinical case-oriented nursing management method on their nursing ability.Methods Fifty obstetric nurses from January 2020 to December 2021 in Heze Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center were selected as the research subjects.Among them,from January to December 2020,routine management methods were adopted for hospital obstetric nurses,and they were included in the control group.From January to December 2021,the hospital obstetric nurses adopted a clinical case-oriented nursing management method and were included in the intervention group.Analyzed and compared management effects of the groups.Results The obstetric nurses'work quality scores,comprehensive ability scores,judgment thinking ability scores and total management satisfaction in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting a clinical case-oriented nursing management method helps to improve the nursing ability of obstetric nurses,plays an important role in improving the quality of work.
