研究强化护理管理方法对儿科护士工作压力的影响

Study on the Effect of Intensive Nursing Management Methods on Work Stress of Pediatric Nurses

目的研究在儿科护士工作期间应用强化护理管理方法的效果及对护士工作压力的影响。方法选择48名菏泽市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心在职儿科护士进行分析,均接受强化护理管理方法,2020年5月前为管理方法实施前,2020年5月—2021年6月为管理方法实施期间,2021年7月为管理方法实施后。对开展管理方法前后护士的工作满意程度、工作压力和工作质量等情况进行比较。结果经过强化护理管理方法后,护士工作成就感、安全感、人际关系、工作压力及休息时间得分均高于管理方法实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理方法实施后管理和人际关系、患者护理、工作仪器设备与环境、工作量和时间分配、护理专业和工作问题评分均低于管理方法实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理方法实施后护理操作、基础护理、风险评估、消毒隔离、护理执行规范、护理文书得分均高于管理方法实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿科护士工作期间实施强化护理管理方法能有效提升护士工作满意程度,减轻护士的工作压力,提高护理工作质量水平,有较高的参考价值。

Objective To study the effect of applying intensive nursing management method during the working period of pediatric nurses and its influence on nurses'work pressure.Methods A total of 48 in-service pediatric nurses in Heze Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center were selected for analysis,and all of them received intensive nursing management methods.Before May 2020 was before the implementation of the management method,from May 2020 to June 2021 was the period of implementation of the management method,and July 2021 was after the implementation of the management method.The nurses'job satisfaction,job pressure and job quality before and after the management method were compared.Results After strengthening the nursing management method,the scores of nurses'work achievement,security,interpersonal relationship,work pressure and rest time were higher than those before the implementation of the management method,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation of the management method,the scores of management and interpersonal relationships,patient care,work equipment and environment,workload and time allocation,nursing specialty and work problems were all lower than those before the implementation of the management method,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation of the management method,the scores of nursing operation,basic nursing,risk assessment,disinfection and isolation,nursing practice norms,and nursing documents were all higher than those before the implementation of the management method,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing the intensive nursing management method during the working period of pediatric nurses can effectively improve nurses'job satisfaction,reduce nurses'work pressure,and improve the quality of nursing work,which has a high reference value.
