摘要
目的探讨以案例为基础的学习(case-based learning,CBL)、以问题为基础的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)教学模式结合标准化病人教学法(standardized patients,SP)的教学模式在内分泌本科实习医师培训中的效果。方法选取2019年3月—2020年3月轮转到新疆医科大学第一附属医院内分泌科的83名本科实习医师,随机分为两组,A组41名采用传统教学模式,B组42名采用PBL+CBL+SP教学模式。入科前对学生成绩进行测试,出科时再次对学生进行成绩考核并发放调查问卷,比较两组培训效果。结果B组实习医师考试成绩优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组在提高教学效率、激发学习兴趣、培养临床思维、加深理论理解、促进记忆、提高分析能力、改善归纳能力方面的满意度均优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组的自主学习能力、临床实践能力、团队协作能力、医患沟通能力均较A组有明显提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组入科理论考试成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组出科考试成绩优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL、CBL结合SP教学模式可以全面提升内分泌本科实习医师的理论、实践及医患沟通能力,值得在本科实习医师培训中进一步推广应用。
Objective To explore the teaching mode of case-based learning(CBL),problem-based learning(PBL)and standardized patients(SP)teaching mode in endocrinology undergraduate interns training.Methods A total of 83 undergraduate interns who were transferred to the Endocrinology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,41 interns in group A adopted traditional teaching mode,and 42 interns in group B adopted PBL+CBL+SP teaching mode.Before entering the course,the students'performance was tested,and when they left the course,the students'performance was assessed again and a questionnaire was issued to compare the training effects of the two groups.Results The test scores of interns in group B were better than those in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Group B was better than group A in terms of improving teaching efficiency,stimulating learning interest,cultivating clinical thinking,deepening theoretical understanding,promoting memory,improving analytical ability,and improving generalization ability,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Group B had significantly improved autonomous learning ability,clinical practice ability,teamwork ability,and doctor-patient communication ability compared with group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the admission theory test between the two groups(P>0.05).The results of the graduation examination of group B were better than that of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion PBL,CBL combined with SP teaching mode can comprehensively improve the theory,practice and doctor-patient communication ability of endocrinology undergraduate interns,and it is worthy of further promotion and application in undergraduate interns training.
