口腔医护人员的手部卫生和安全调查研究

Investigation and Research on Hand Hygiene and Safety of Oral Health Care Workers

目的调查口腔医护人员的手部卫生及安全情况。方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月包头医学院第一附属医院65名口腔科一线医护人员进行调查,分析手部卫生执行情况、手部安全情况,总结医护人员手部卫生依从性差的常见因素。结果医护人员戴手套后每次洗手的比例明显高于戴手套前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医务人员依据手卫生规范评估,结果显示洗手前合格率为87.69%,医护工作完成脱手套后为76.92%,卫生洗手后为98.46%;65名医护人员中仅有6名在日常医护工作中无手部受伤,占9.23%;当出现手部受伤后,22名(37.29%)能够作出正确处理,有5名(8.47%)在受伤后进行血液检测,并向医院上报;工作量太大、治疗医护优先权是医护人员手部卫生依从性差的主要原因。结论口腔医护人员手部卫生整体认识较强,但执行力有待提升,工作量大、医护优先权是影响手卫生依从性的主要原因,应予以关注。

Objective Investigate the hand hygiene and safety of dental staff.Methods Selected 65 front-line medical staff in the Department of Stomatology from January 2020 to December 2021 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College for investigation.The implementation of hand hygiene and hand safety were analyzed,and the common factors of poor hand hygiene compliance among medical staff were summarized.Results The proportion of washing hands after wearing gloves was significantly higher than that before wearing gloves,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the evaluation results of hand hygiene standards,medical staff showed that the pass rate was 87.69%before hand washing,76.92%after taking off gloves after medical care work,and 98.46%after hygienic hand washing.Only 6 of the 65 medical staff had no hand injury in their daily medical work,accounting for 9.23%.When hand injury occurred,22(37.29%)were able to handle it correctly 5(8.47%)had blood test after injury and reported to hospital.Too much workload and priority of medical care are the main reasons for poor hand hygiene compliance of medical staff.Conclusion The overall awareness of hand hygiene among oral medical staff is relatively strong,but the execution capacity needs to be improved.The heavy workload and the priority of medical care are the main reasons affecting the compliance of hand hygiene,which should be paid attention to.
