摘要
目的构建公立医院大型医疗设备绩效评价体系,为医院加强设备管理和绩效考核工作提供科学的参考依据。方法基于文献研究法对指标进行初步筛选,采用德尔菲法对54名专家进行两轮咨询调研,形成绩效评价指标框架,结合层次分析法确定各指标权重。结果构建了公立医院大型医疗设备绩效评价模型,确定了4个一级指标、12个二级指标及其权重。结论本研究的专家积极程度和权威程度较高,拟定的评价指标体系具有较高的可信度和科学性,适用于公立医院的大型医疗设备绩效考核评价。
Objective To build a performance evaluation system for large medical equipment in public hospitals,and provide a scientific reference for hospitals to strengthen equipment management and performance evaluation.Methods Based on the literature research method,the indicators were initially screened,and the Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of consultation and investigation on 54 experts.A performance evaluation index framework was formed,and the weight of each index was determined in combination with the analytic hierarchy process.Results The performance evaluation model of large medical equipment in public hospitals was constructed,and 4 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators and their weights were determined.Conclusion The experts in this study are highly motivated and authoritative,and the proposed evaluation index system has high credibility and scientificity,and is suitable for the performance evaluation of large medical equipment in public hospitals.
